Right of withdrawal

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not cover the costs for return shipping. To ensure a smooth process and a hassle-free refund for your returned goods, please note our conditions in advance.

We cannot accept your return under the following circumstances:
  • The item does not reach us in the original packaging or has been used, washed or damaged.
  • The item reaches us without a tracking number being provided to us in advance.

    How does the return work?

    1. Download the following form as a PDF file and then print it out
    2. Fill in the blank fields with your information and include the reason for your return
    3. Address the items including the form to our logistics address
    4. Drop off the package at your post office and choose shipping with a tracking number
    5. Please provide our support with the tracking number so that we can verify your return

    We will refund you the purchase amount within one week via the payment method used when ordering once we have received your return.

    Note: If returning your order is not worth it due to the shipping costs, we will be happy to accommodate you. You will receive an individual offer from our support.

    DANGER: Please do not forget to include the order number in the return shipment. Without this we cannot assign the shipment and therefore cannot refund any money. (The order number consists of “#” + digits, e.g. “#1234”)
